Our friend/fellow Christ Fellowship member/optometrist, Kevin Jackson, started roasting coffee as a hobby and grew it in Clarity Coffee Roasters that was born last summer! Kevin just launched his online store earlier this year & started selling his locally-roasted beans online to be shipped all over and delivered in Bowling Green! I was lucky enough to get to photograph his products in my studio and his roasting process at his commercial kitchen in his home.
